A traveler tips their hat to you from atop their Mule wagon mech, four steel legs driving it forward up the difficult terrain of the mountain trail. You notice the Forstall antennae coming out the side. Smart, you wish you had such a luxury. The monsters around here don’t take too kindly to anything that don’t call itself food.
There’s no shortage of bounty posters for these monsters and no shortage of bullets either. The West is in need of rough riders with a quick draw and plenty o’ Grit. Customize your weaponry, mind your reputations with different factions, and create your own legends in the Wild Imaginary West!
What is this Game?
The Wild Imaginary West Roleplaying Game is based on the world created by Boylei Hobby Time, a legendary crafter on YouTube. A roleplaying game is a cooperative storytelling adventure. You create characters and roll dice to drive the narrative. Complete expeditions together, upgrade your characters, and become legends!
You might find yourself protecting wagon trains from Prairie Wolves, finding missing persons taken by the Badlands Sasquatch, harvesting monster parts from the Giant Centipede, gathering scraps for weapon and mech upgrades, recovering lost treasures, fending off local bandits, and more. Because you help create the story, the opportunities are endless. You'll gain Prestige and Trophies to take on greater and more dangerous expeditions!

The books are so well made the content is just magnificent and the minis are so well made. It was well worth the wait from time of backing to final delivery.
I've played and ran a variety of different TTRPGs for more than a decade. This was way better than it needed to be! I've backed a few, more popular, Kickstarter TTRPGs throughout the years and most of them tend to play it safe with common mechanics while relying on their setting and flavor to carry them. I am happy to say, this TTRPG goes above and beyond, and decided to make such a high quality fresh product that justifies its existence!
Their are some mechanics that brought fun and interesting ideas to the table I haven't seen implemented before. You can tell a lot of good game design and thought went into the craft here. And good ideas that actually work well with a realistic TTRPG play group, showing some people with real life experience were involved in the process.
Outside of the mechanics, the setting and flavor are handled with such artistic creativity and care. Kickstarter TTRPGs sell well on their promised concept, but this TTRPG delivers so much more than it promises, without being a reading comprehension problem (A classic problem more bold TTRPGs fall into). It presented a world and story that become easy to lose yourself into. A great symptom to have for any TTRPG group!
