We do our best to get your products delivered quickly and safely. As a small business, sometimes unexpected delays may take place. If you are unsatisfied with your delivery, please contact support@runefoundry.com.

All orders to the U.S. with a total over $35 will receive free shipping as a thank you for your support of our small business!

DICE SHIPPING

All dice set orders will be fulfilled from our location within 48 hours, typically within even 12 hours. Shipping within the United States usually happens with 2-5 business days. International orders can vary greatly in delivery time. Check the estimate at checkout once you've entered your address. This is not a guarantee, but hopefully a helpful range.

APPAREL AND ACCESSORY SHIPPING

For non-dice products, we use a cost-effective third-party manufacturer with multiple locations across the world so that we can pass on the savings to you. They produce our apparel and accessory products on-demand once you've ordered them. Fulfillment times usually take between 2-5 business days before being shipped, then 2-5 days for orders shipping within the U.S. International orders can vary in delivery time, so use the estimate at checkout once you've entered your address. This is not a guarantee, but hopefully a helpful range. Delays may be caused due to a large number of orders, typically around but not limited to holiday seasons.

DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT DELIVERY

Downloadable content will be delivered to your provided email address within 24 hours after your request is sent. If you do not receive your downloadable content after 24 hours, please contact support@runefoundry.com. Make sure to check your junk or spam folders for anything from runefoundry.com.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for paying all applicable import taxes, duties, VAT, and GST. These fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. These taxes often apply to both physical and digital products. We do not offer any free shipping for orders outside of the United States.

You may receive a notification from the delivery service to pay customs fees before receiving your order. If you believe your package is stuck at the border, please contact the delivery service using your tracking number. They will be the most able to help you. Contact us if you encounter any further issues and we will try to make it right.

ERRORS IN SHIPPING INFORMATION

Make sure to provide accurate an accurate delivery address when placing an order. You can review the delivery address in your order confirmation. If there is an error in the shipping address, please contact support@runefoundry.com immediately with the order number and correct shipping details. If your corrections are received before the order has been fulfilled, we will change it at no charge.

In the case that the order has already been fulfilled, we will ask you to contact the delivery provider to see if the address can be changed before delivery. They may require you to pay a fee to correct the error. If the order has already been delivered, we will wait to see if it is returned. If the order is returned, we will charge you for the additional shipping costs before sending the order to your new provided address. If the order is not returned, we cannot afford as a small business to pay for you to receive another order. We hope you understand and are sorry for the frustration you may be dealing with!

In the unlikely case that we send an order to an address that doesn't match what was provided, we will do our best to get you your order at no additional charge.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If a package is not delivered to the address by the estimated date provided to you or by the estimations given above, please contact support@runefoundry.com. We will work with you to find a solution for any undelivered package.

To avoid theft, please use your tracking number to know when the package arrives and be quick to retrieve it. Once a package is confirmed to be delivered by the carrier service, we are not liable in the case it goes missing. We work with reputable carriers and aim to provide a great customer experience.
