M.E.R.C. - Character Party Pack

The members of the Merry Entertainment Roaming Company have each been hired by a mysterious stranger through letters without return addresses:

• The dwarf barbarian is chosen for their obvious entertainment experience, but also to provide some extra muscle where needed.
• The halfling rogue is chosen to handle the monetary affairs of the company where needed and however necessary. Perhaps they can also find a way to entertain with their sleight of hand.
• The elf wizard is chosen to provide entertainment with spells that amaze. Should needs arise, the mysterious stranger is sure the elf’s magic won’t go underappreciated.
• The dragonborn cleric is chosen due to their reputation for goodwill. Oh, and their strong aptitude for protection and healing. Should the group ever require it.

As the group will soon discover, entertaining is hardly ever the true goal. After each dangerous mission, they are somehow sent a reward from the mysterious stranger. And a letter with their next call to adventure.

Premade Characters

This adventuring party pack was designed to start off with the one-shot adventure Tallwood: A Murder Mystery where the M.E.R.C. must solve a series of murders while under the guise of providing an entertainment show for the town!

You can use these premade DnD 5e characters to inspire your own creations, or help new players get started playing Dungeons & Dragons.
